Central street - main street, or high street.
Parallel street - I don’t remember exactly such a term, but I believe that parallel street will do.
It may be a side street, but an alley can also be called that, i.e. perpendicular road, the main emphasis here is on another street, its change.
Third-class adjectives are lateral and belt, but they look drawn or even unnatural when used in relation to a street.
There is also back lane and back alley, but they can have a negative connotation in terms of "backyard", a place where various shadow elements are found.
