What template/cms/framework is used for documentation?

I need advice, I want to make my own reference book / cheat sheet with various sections to write down notes (and then repeat or use as hints, wiki, wordpress are not interesting).
Criteria: minimum settings, user-friendly interface.
For example, I liked docs.nwjs.io/en/latest/, but I don’t know how to make cms or something else?
