What technology to choose for writing an online store?

Advise reasonably what to choose (technology) for writing an online store.
1. client interface (pug server template engine), admin panel for react, back - node.js
2. client interface - react with SSR, admin panel for react, back - node.js and graphQL

If you need SPA - take React + SSR, don't - don't take it. It's simple)
But it's generally not clear why you want graphQL and why in the second variant

Pug is yesterday.
I would take a ready-made solution for the front-end - Next.js or Gatsby, if product updates are planned infrequently and there is no interactive in the form of comments or reviews.
Backend - koa, apollo, mongo.
