What technology can be used to convert an HTML/CSS/JS project into a mobile application for IOS and Android?
I am aware that there are fongaps, ionics, cordovas and other wickedness. Poking into the Internet for an answer, I found exactly them, but I still do not understand how they work. Why does Cordova work with Phonegap? Why is some kind of SDK needed? Is it possible to somehow manage with ONE TECHNOLOGY with little blood and just compile my html css js project into .apk? I would appreciate a step by step plan.
The written project is very simple: it is a live search engine that, when entered into the search engine field, gives out similar polymers with their characteristics. The data is loaded from json. And that's all. I do not need any native interface chips, access to api devices.
I'm sorry, it's just some mess in my head. I don't understand why cordova and fongap are different projects, but they are combined.
So on what to build the application?
