What technologies to choose for a new project?

Good afternoon, I had an idea to write a site like a bulletin board. The problem arose in the choice of technologies, django will be responsible for the server side, and on the client side I don’t know what to use either pure javascript or choose some kind of backbone or angular framework. Tell me how to be, I'm not afraid of learning new technologies.

Well, as far as I know, angular is very good friends with django. Lots of articles about it. I would choose something that is more stable, with a large community, with good documentation.

Use AngularJS + Bootstrap . Angular is a very cool thing, now I'm making an admin panel in PHP + AngularJS.
