What technologies/languages to study?

I used to learn python, then I tried c#, c++, I had experience in java. Now I'm wondering what's the best thing to do?
I want to try js and write the web, but sometimes programs, utilities for myself. What technologies are more promising, universal? And is it worth paying attention to c++, c#?

I wouldn't jump from one programming language to another, there are too many of them.
I would advise you to stick with one (for example, Python, since you can write anything in it) and develop inside it. Learn what asynchrony is, write your own mb bot on it, constantly improve it.
If you want to learn something new, I advise you to study the goals of creating a particular language and choose according to your own interest. We can only advise you based on our personal preferences.
