What technologies exist for building beautiful native Windows apps?
I became interested in creating beautiful elements for native Windows applications. Then Discord caught my eye with its nice and beautiful interface. I found that discord uses chromium and all of its content is html code.
Therefore, the question arose, how to use web technologies in desktop applications? Do you have to write a good old WinApi window and struggle with embedding chromium, or are there more advanced technologies?
It would be cool to find material with a brief description of different technologies and how to use them.

web technologies in desktop applications is https://www.electronjs.org/
My advice to you is to avoid this monster called the electron. It is because of him that the discord turned out to be a lagal and constantly hanging craft at the slightest load on the computer. Better use .net, you can make the interface no worse on it
Beautiful and native are Qt or WPF.
Web technologies on desktop is Electron
