What technologies are relevant now in freelance?

Hello everyone,
I understand that the question is not quite specific and too general, but I will be grateful for the answer. 7-8 years ago, as a hobby, I was engaged in "programming" in PHP: I wrote engines for sites and simple parsers, I made a couple of projects in python. Then, due to some circumstances, he abandoned this business and went into an industry far from programming. Now I have a lot of time and I decided to return to the old hobby, and very quickly realized that I was behind by a whole era.
The essence of the question: what technologies are relevant now, what is worth learning? Freelance interests as a "bonus" to a hobby.
As you can see, I still have some programming skills, and all new technologies will have to be practically taught from scratch. Please indicate the names of the technology (or sets of those) and, if possible, tutorials in your answer. Preferably in English.
