What tasks (sites) are best implemented on the MEAN stack?

I want to make a couple of "portfolio" projects supposedly so that they make the maximum impression on customers.
Of course, if I make an online store on this technology stack, it will be stupid, since woocommerce or opencart solve this problem 10 times faster and cheaper.
You can’t do video hosting or a website with data on (1000,000 products) on the MEAN stack either. need a more powerful language or at least php+CMS magento in the second case.

But what are the real advantages of this stack, what type of projects can be conveniently, cheaply and quickly implemented on it. ?

You compare warm with high. On the one hand, you have a stack of technologies, and on the other, a ready-made solution to some problem. And why did php suddenly become "more powerful" than js?
Do you know why mongodb appeared at all? Damn, they even have a slogan "for GIANT ideas". A site with millions of documents just for mongo.

I think that "synthetic" projects purely for the "portfolio" should not be done.
It’s better to either find a customer who will take your word for it in your skills and then insert this project into your portfolio, or do a few simple tasks in the style of the game tic-tac-toe, just to show the level of mastering the selected stack, well, or ask potential customers to set you a test task, something like a coding challenge. Then they will be able to verify your skills and you will be better able to navigate what exactly your potential customers are interested in.
