What tariff to take on Heroku.com?

Hello.
I can’t understand what a dyno is and what tariff to take.
Compiled 3 apps:

This is a free plan, so the apps fall asleep. This is clear. So that they do not fall asleep, I need (at least) a paid tariff (Hobby). And here are the questions:
1. How many dinos do I need per month?
2. If one application "failed" then others will continue to work?
3. If I have 100 applications (for example, telegram bots with a storefront), in this case, how many dinos should I take and at what rate or how to monitor the load?
4. Didn't find anything about traffic, how much is it?

Heroku uses a container model to run and scale applications. Such a container is called Dyno.
The dyno types are here .
The free and hobby types cannot be mixed with other dyno types. The standard and performance types can be mixed.
Applications are limited to 100 dyno by default. In addition, the process type cannot be scaled by more than 10 dyno (for the perfomance tariff).
