What Symfony projects should a developer parse and understand?

The fact that seasoned peppers like DevMan perform the symphony is already clear, therefore, there must be a wealth of knowledge and experience, both personal and with open source projects, not counting packages like Nelmio.

I would like to know the opinion of the community, which open source projects on Symfony should be disassembled in order to improve their skills?

It's about something like October CMS in Laravel. And the same UE 5 source code will be useful for any game devist to improve skills. I would like something similar for Symfony.
