I had the idea to implement CNC using the symbols of round brackets, square brackets and an apostrophe.
For example, the address will be as follows: http://site/news/actual(165)[cats]'2
where
news/actual is the path to the php file
(165) - the id parameter = 165
[cats] - the tag parameter = cats ( filter by tag)
'2 - parameter page number = 2 The
question is, how stupid is it to use additional characters when creating a CNC and how will this affect the work with search engines? What are the disadvantages of such an approach?

cnc these are human-understandable urls
, they are not understandable for you and also with hard symbols,
there is no point in doing this

Search engines do not care - there will be keywords - good. No - figs with them.
