What subpackages are required in visual studio for django?

During installation, I specified python tools + other things (git, github), after I create a django web project, it says there are no subpackages, what are these packages? Who faced it? In the 'create' section there is also a 'web application' section - does this apply to c# web technologies or django as well?

Passed by - use PyCharm . It is an IDE specifically for Python development and supports Django and various other Python frameworks.

create django web project + install python into (I chose virtual enviroment)
Everything seems to be ok.
My first django site. Just wanted to explore the topic.
