What subd should I use for Django?

I would like to ask experienced programmers what is the best subd to use for django projects if there is no wild scaling and sharding?
I read a book, they said that you need to cut out SQlite3 and install PosthreSQL. Your opinion?

sqlite is not a base, but a well-organized binary file
with all its shortcomings - both for writing and opening
