What stub do you recommend for IE8 and below?

Advise some kind of stub ready for old browsers and so that a minimum of code. I saw a picture before, on which you click and go to a page with a choice of browsers on another hosting.

None. Show the user the most accessible part of the site.
A broken site is better than a broken one.
If a person uses ie8 and below, then 99.9%, he will not update his browser, even if he is not allowed on half the sites. He will just find an alternative for you.
