What strategy should I choose to back up Redis?

Good afternoon,
What should I choose as a Redis database backup strategy: AOF or RDB?
Data cannot be lost, although I understand that this wording is not entirely correct for Redis :-). But still.
Do every minute BGSAVE or periodically copy AOF?
What tools and strategy do you use? How often do you dump?
How to recover after a crash?
Please share your experience. Thank you.

Use Tarantool instead of Redis
At any point in time, data is stored on disk, which, oddly enough, does not affect the speed of working with data that is in RAM. And if you need something even cooler, then Tarantool also has replication.
