What stack is used when writing ios applications for the appstore?
Hello.
As far as I understand, there are several options for creating applications - web, hybrid and "real". Is there a place where exhaustive information on this is collected? And on what stack are "real" applications written? What environment is native to them?

There is such a place, it's called the Internet.
Applications are written in Objective-C, the recent trend is towards Swift. The same part is easy to write in C++. Apple's native IDE is XCode.
