What solutions do you know for using a browser without a mouse?

I use a laptop and do almost everything from the keyboard. Screen 14' 1-3 ide, 20+ browser tabs, 5-10 utilities (previously used 2 monitors of 23' on the desktop, amazing but now I work faster with hotkeys. this is with 1 small screen). I want to enter a few days in a month without a mouse to learn new keyboard shortcuts, but in the browser this is almost impossible. What add-ons or utilities and tricks can be used to work in a browser without a mouse? The option not to turn off the mouse is not suitable, once you use it a little, you don’t notice that you stop using hot keys and performance decreases. Using the tab key doesn't help either.

I don’t know what kind of laptop you have, but nevertheless, the MacBook has enough convenient gestures to work with the trackpad. I think that under Windows or Linux there is something similar.
