What software/service can be used to place an order based on a price list?

You need to keep a price list for 40-50 products somewhere and be able to place an order there. Entered somewhere the client's data (name, phone, delivery address), order number (preferably generated automatically according to the formula like "date - p / p / p / p / n - city") and add products from drop-down lists (or other forms) with automatically substituting prices from the price list, shipping costs and the total amount. Further, it would be nice to be able to either export to the Telegram chat, or just conveniently copy and send to the courier.
Now the order is typed manually, prices are entered and so on simply in Word, and we need to simplify the process by reducing the number of keystrokes and clicks. I'm trying to do it on my own in what I can - tables, but there are a number of questions that stalled the process. Is there anything better than tables?
It is necessary to measure something simple so that a non-specialist (girl manager) can figure it out, does not require a server and administration, a free or budget solution. Those. 1C and similar large systems are not needed yet, they have not matured yet.
Sorry for the wording of the question. For the first time I encountered such a need, but there is no one to tell. I can google. I've googled but haven't resolved the issue yet.
