What software is needed for a Java server on Linux + SSH control?
Hello!).
Does anyone have experience installing Java enterprise applications on a Linux server? + control and management via ssh. There are questions about the software. which is required, no more .. I am making a Linux server a sandbox for myself from a free laptop. (notebook №1 linux Debian (server)). I want to exercise SSH control over this server using the second laptop. (Note. No. 2 Windows 8).

If applications require application servers, then the choice is WildFly 10 , Payara Glassfish , Apache Tomcat . The most common SSH client is Putty (and its fork Kitty ), the alternative is Cygwin . Well, Windows 10 has a normal Bash with an SSH client. *nix always has its own native client.
