What software, hardware, device is suitable for viewing Dahua and Hikvision recorders at several workplaces?

Good afternoon! Faced such a task, it is necessary to bring cameras to 2 security posts from 3 branches of the water network. One has analog cameras and a Dahua recorder for 16 channels, the second has 2 Hikvision IP recorders with 16 cameras each, and the third has 8 Hikvision IP cameras.

1 x dah, 16 HDCVI cameras
2 x hik, 16+16 IP cameras
1 x hik, 8 IP cameras
56 cameras
You need to display these cameras on 1 TV in one branch, let it display 16 cameras in turn every 10 seconds. And also set up a post with 2 monitors.
I experimented with different software, tried to install smartPSS and IVMS-4200 on one PC, but smartPSS behaves unpredictably, then its settings crash after a reboot, then the cameras need to be re-displayed in the right order. I tried to display Dahua through the browser, but there is time out and relogin is needed. Ispy was always lagging and crashing, in IVMS-4200 it periodically loads the processor at 100% and freezes for 1 minute, even in idle time. There is a suspicion that my Ryzen 1300 with GT210 is not enough for him and he needs more serious equipment.
As options I considered:
1) Throw Dahua out the window and buy hikvision to display everything in IVMS-4200 and set up a video wall in it, but then the question arises which PC to buy for this business
2) Find software that works correctly with Dahua and Hivision registrars while having a free or "correct version" and buy a computer
3) Throw out Dahua, buy 64 channel hikvision
4) Another option?
In the future, I would like to backup records outside the branches.

This is unlikely. What you want to implement is a fairly typical task, but you need to buy software. Look towards Intellect, VideoNet, Macroscope, Line, Trassir and SecurOS. Look for the software in which your registrars are integrated.
