What software for integrating and analyzing data from various databases do you use?

I would like to know what software database developers use to operate / prepare / integrate / analyze / migrate / replicate data from various MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Particularly interested in software with visual designers (where you do not need to manually write code in T-SQL, for example).
While I'm looking towards dbForge Studio for SQL Server, but maybe someone knows the analogues.
Now there are actually 2 problems: replication of the MS SQL database, and selective migration of data from one MS SQL database to several PostgreSQL databases once a day.
The remaining opportunities are needed "for growth."

This goes without saying, but I'm more interested not in platforms and services, but in software with which these processes can be automated faster, and most importantly, using minimal knowledge of T-SQL code. For example, there is DB Aristan, DB Forge, DB Embracero, etc., but without working with them, it is not clear which of them is better suited for the tasks I have described above.
