What software do you use to deploy Ubuntu Desktop?

Hello!
What deployment software do you use and why?
The task is to build an automatic deployment of new jobs and servers. Options with different Workflows are possible, for example, installing additional. software after installation, depending on the department, etc. Machines are all the same type, OS too. Hosts 150+. For Mac environments, I previously used DeployStudio.
I found three options for myself:
1 - Clonezilla + puppet
2 - FOG + puppet
3 - FAI
Perhaps someone had experience with simpler or more interesting solutions.
