What software do you use to create the site?

I am learning html and css.
I would like to know the opinion of those who typeset sites and have experience in this matter. What programs do you use for convenience?

PhpStorm - for students there is a free license. WebStorm doesn't make sense, since everything that is in it is also in phpStorm.
For quick edits - notepad++.
sftp - FileZilla
local server - xampp (because I'm on win7)
git - git bash
Build js/css - gulp
It especially delivers gulp-livereload - set it up and now when you change it, you don't need to update the page manually, it does it itself.

Brackets, sometimes WebStorm/PhpStorm.
By and large, absolutely crimson. You can write in a regular notepad or NotePad ++ - for syntax highlighting. Nothing more is needed from the editor.
