What social networks give the rights to the user's e-mail?

Good evening! I recently discovered that when authorizing through facebook and vkontakte, you can request the user's e-mail.
What other social networks give the e-mail of a person who logs in through them on an external site?
And it always interfered that after authorization through the social. networks, people additionally need to enter mail.

As a rule, this is a separate right that must be requested from the connecting user, i.e. he will see a warning that your application is requesting access to his data, including e-mail.
However, it is not necessary that you see the user's email - it simply may not be in the account, for example, if this user logs into the social network by phone number.
And now, as a matter of fact, I am now engaged in the implementation of authorization for my service, I did Yandex, Google+, Facebook. All these networks give email, as I wrote above, with the permission of the user. I started watching Vkontakte - there seems to be such a right there too.
I doubt that there are social networks that do not give the right to receive a custom email =)
