What skills should I get after experience in Desktop testing to move to the Web?

Good day! This is my first post on Habré, I always wanted to come to him. Today the question is - what skills (technical) and what technologies need to be additionally studied to move from Desktop manual testing to Web?
Briefly about skills - working with Jira, working with Sql queries (simple, I will supplement and study in depth), simple work with Api requests, working with virtual machines, working with video codecs, etc., writing test documentation and more.
In September I will have a year in one company, but for personal reasons I have to move to another city. How big a stack should I learn and what is fundamental about the Web in Web Testing?
I'm learning JS, but I understand that in order to grow further in testing, I need to learn Python for autotests.
Three questions:
1. What and how much you need to learn to move on
2. How critical will it be to switch to learning Python, use Selenium and subsequently grow towards Frontend development
3. Can my knowledge in testing, in principle, help with future employment?
Thanks for your answers :3

1. https://vladislaveremeev.github.io/ - if you see the missing knowledge, study it.
2. If you want to move to the front, study the stack right away to work with the front. Well, or test on cypress + js
3. In employment on AQA or manual QA - yes. With the device in fronts - I don’t know, but I don’t think it will help much.
