Hello. I want to become an ethical hacker, but I don’t quite understand in which direction to develop. Please tell me an approximate development plan, mb books or courses. Thanks in advance.
PS About myself: I'm still learning python, I don't know other languages.

What do you need? We teach:
OS administration: Windows, Linux (Unix) - at the level of a super-mega-wow-administrator
Network administration - we teach: ip, ports, proxies, wi-fi, ethernet, dns, ns, domains.
Kali Linux - install this OS on your laptop and google about every utility that is in it.
Learning to deploy a server based on Debian/Ubuntu/Centos and administer it.
