What sites are there to view the page code that you set with your painting?

I would like to know what free sites are, so that you can place ANY objects on the page, and then look at their HTML and CSS codes, for example.

"Developer panel" (F12) in Google Chrome or in FF is enough.
From software - Adobe Dreamweaver (I don't think anyone else uses it)
