What single-board computer and with what hardware accelerators (DSP, NEON, etc.) should I choose to solve computer vision tasks on a copter?

The main restriction is weight up to 100 g, there is no restriction on nutrition.
As far as I know, DSP gives a noticeable gain only for integer operations, is this true?
What kind of iron accelerators are on single-board computers?
How to make them friends with OpenCV? For example opencv-dsp-acceleration

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_single-board_c...
droiddevice.ru/arm-protsessory
At the very bottom of the wiki for some there is weight
