What simple content system with a content filter would you recommend?

The essence of the question is this:
There is a certain database of reports for internal use by employees. You need a cms that, without any special settings and finishing, will have at least one-level cataloging, a text editor + pictures, and a filter on the face for all pre-recorded parameters.
The ideal is like this: filter.kombox.ru/tv
Naturally, without Bitrix under it, without Ajax, without everything. Filter and materials.
Is there a similar experience? You can probably search by tags as well.

any cms online store. Shop script for example. Its older versions that can be found for free. What you have shown is very easy to implement with Shop-script3 + filter module from jorange (it can be found here https://github.com/Waldemarr/webasyst_prfilter )
Can be done on UCOZ, but there is now a paid store module, in my opinion. And there are 100 more solutions.
