What should/what is expected of a Trainee .NET developer?

Good day everyone
I'm a 2nd year student and when compiling a resume for the position of Trainee .NET, the question arose what projects can be placed on GitHub (and is it necessary?), if there is no commercial experience?
As I understand it, coursework / laboratory work is not suitable for this, as they are purely applied in nature.
I would be very grateful if you give me ideas for the implementation of some small projects for a beginner in C #, which could show knowledge of the language itself, the basics of OOP, etc. and, let's say, be suitable for a resume.

Why won't this course work? If your project performs some kind of functionality, then you can show it.

are suitable, especially coursework, if well done, any code is valuable, it is better that it be a completed project with at least some documentation / instructions for use.
Don't you have programs/libraries/projects that you would like to implement?

My advice to you from a former .Net Junior: write something complete and solve a specific problem. For example, I wrote a rest service for checking goods: 1 controller, 4 types of requests and a simple table in the database. The main thing is that it works.
You need to show that you can solve the problem in a way that suits you.
What is expected from a Trainee .Net developer?
Ability to work with technologies at a basic level and understand them.
In general, do not look at what Junior or Trainee should be able to do. Look at what Middle should be able to do and strive for it. It is better to show your skills to the fullest, and not meet the requirements of the vacancy.
