Hello. Started learning node.js. Installed nodemon globally but it refuses to work giving the error .
It is interesting that once I already started to study node and there I installed nodemon in devDependencies and launched through "scripts" , and it worked like that, but only a day, after rebooting the next it already refused. Uninstall/install doesn't help. And with json-server the same problem.
\AppData\Roaming\npm is in Path, and 'json-server -v' and 'nodemon -h' also have a response. (node ​​v15.2.0 , npm 7.0.8, Win10)
