The server has 2 domains and one subdomain. The paths are different for domains. To obtain a certificate, you need to register the command

How to use a certificate for all domains and subdomains on the server?

Use a path that is not associated with a specific site, and specify a separate location for the letsencrypt URL in the web server config /.well-known/acme-challenge.
