What should I do if there are three layout languages available on the PC (English (United Kingdom), English (USA), Russian)?

The problem is that I want to have only two languages:
-Russian
-English(USA)

How to remove United Kingdom English? In the parameters I have only two languages

(I have Windows for one language)

Go to "English (United States)", click "Options" and remove "Keyboard" at the bottom of the page
