What should I do if the page does not load when starting the Site in php (apache)?

I installed php mysql apache2 on DigitalOcean, I'm testing it, everything seems to work, it launches info.php, but when I try to install this site https://bitbucket.org/relictos/tensa , it doesn't load the page for me, it just says that it can't legally connect. I put the public folder with the index.php file.
What is the problem?
