What should I do if my wired internet connection drops on my Windows 10 PC?

Collected a computer. On WiFi it works fine, but when I connect by wire, the connection drops as soon as I try to use the internet. If the computer is at rest, then it says that the Internet is connected, and if I try to put a load on it, then it says "Network cable is not connected." When connected to the console, everything works fine, they tried to change the wire.

Perhaps the driver for the network card is buggy. where did you install the drivers from?
