Upwork

What should I do if I was banned from UpWork after the contract was closed?

It was my first job. I needed to do the following "Clone this www.***.** site". I did everything, the client set a rating and then his site went down. I worked at a very small rate and I simply did not want to deal with his questions. I did not answer him (The contract is closed. What can bind us?), and he filed a complaint against me in the Help Center.
In general, the result is this - I was frozen. What should I do now?
Maybe if upwork has such strict rules for freelancers, then I would just return the money and delete this contract from my history, but how to do this and will it help?

Freezing is not good anyway.

It is logical to answer in such a situation that it is necessary to open a new contract, I would also file a complaint against you, such workers on the upwork are not really needed.
If the client asked for free work, without opening a contract, then write a complaint against the client, as he violated the rules.

Well damn it makes sense.
The client is not a professional, of course you are to blame in his eyes, or maybe your code is true.
If that's how you treat people, what do you want.
What goes around comes around.
Now you just write to support and explain the situation.
But the chances are small, after such a client’s disregard, and honestly, the level of service on the upwork should not be the same.

Was there a TK? Can you confirm the transfer of a working code?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
