As you can see from the screenshot, the styles did not load, I understand the essence of the problem, but I think not everyone understands this. If anyone is interested, I go to the browser developer tools and look at the address of the css that did not load. I'm moving on to this address.

I confirm that I'm not a robot and everything starts to load the rules.
