What should I do if an error pops up when installing a viber on a Windows 10 PC (listed below)?

When installing a viber on a PC, after unpacking the file, the system shows a window in which the following words: LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: An error occurred in the initialization program of the dynamic link library (DLL)
Please tell me who understands how to fix this, I will be very grateful
if screenshots are needed files can be sent by email
