What should I do if a laptop with debian linux gets very hot a few minutes after turning it on?

it seems to be a matter of firewood, although I installed a non-free assembly, where by default there should have been official, proprietary drivers. Debian also turns off crookedly (only the screen turns black, and the processor itself continues to heat up).
version: debian 10.4.0, installed via calamres, xfce environment.
video driver: nouveau.
laptop itself (ultrabook): Swift SF314-54G

Install a normal OS, of course, where everything works fine out of the box.
Well, or try your luck with lm-sensors and with cpufreq. The first will probably find a module to control the fans, and the second will reduce the heat from the PC load.

First, find the reason. See what exactly is heating up (percent or vidyaha), see the speed of the cooler (s). Further proceeding from the received to solve this problem.

If you have Nvidia Optimus, check that bumblebee or PRIME is installed and it correctly disables the video card.
