What should be the structure of a Qt project?

Please advise what should be the structure of the Qt project, as By default, Qt-creator creates everything in one directory. Which, I think, is not entirely correct.

There is a project type - a project with subdirectories.

I think the project structure is little defined by Qt itself, and will be the same as other C++ projects. However, no one forbids you to put files in a subfolder.
