What should be the minimum required server configuration for JIRA (stand alone)?

Good afternoon,
recommend a budget server on which the stand alone version of JIRA would normally work. I tried to lift it on DigitalOcean vps with 1gb ram (Nginx+myslq) - the brakes are rare. Maybe there are some peculiarities in its setting?
