What should be the difference between raising https proxies on IPV6 and raising socks proxies on IPV6 in 3proxy?

proxy -6 -n -a -p1526 -i185.155.43.12 -e2a54:c611::1:841
socks -6 -n -a -p1527 -i185.127.43.12 -e2a54:c611::1:840

First line works fine, the second one does not even ask for a login password, it offers to download some file in the browser :)

If it offers to download a file, it means that in your browser the proxy is registered as http. In the browser settings, write only SOCKS, do not fill in all other types of proxies. And neither Chrome nor Firefox supports authentication in SOCKS5 from browsers, and IE does not support SOCKS5 at all, use a proxy.
