What should be in a django developer portfolio site?

Briefly about yourself. I rate my level of django as "advanced beginner", I know python well before that I wrote quite a lot in PHP on the yii2 framework. Now I want to write a couple of test projects on django so that the material is better absorbed. And I'm interested in the question of what should be implemented in the site on django, given that this site is for a portfolio, what functionality should be there so that it can be shown at an interview or for a freelance customer.

At the interview, the code will be interesting - so post it openly on github, and give a link on your site.
On freelance - if this is a turnkey site, the customer will not care what the site is written on :) If on freelance a performer on Django is looking for, again, the code is more important.
So you can at least make a twitter clone :)
