What should a freelancer give to a client?

On fl.ru and odesk, and other exchanges, there are orders to make up a page or several. And the question arose: what should be given as a result of work?
Archive with html + css and js, + pictures with libraries, or does all this still need to be pulled somewhere, etc.?
As an example:
freelansim.ru/tasks/85887
https://www.odesk.com/jobs/Very-little-Bootstrap-p...
https://www.fl.ru/projects/2091459/sverstat-2- odno...

When responding to an order, the first thing to ask is what will be the result of your work. So everything will be clear to everyone.
