What set of frameworks would you take for this task?

Good day.
Let's say there is a task to make a single-page application of the List of Tasks (to-do) on Node - todoist, to be more precise.
Here's an example: todoist.com/app , with login and database only
What set of front-end and back-end frameworks, database would you use?
ps I asked a question in order to learn something new) that people would like to know

Looking at Node.js, I personally would like to try Sails . From the word " Rails ", that is, the creators of this framework sought to create a tool similar in architecture and simplicity to rails, but only on a node. And among all node-frameworks, as I understand it, this framework is the most complete, complete and solves most of the tasks of web development.
As for the frontend, there is already a much wider choice. I personally would write everything in Riot.js, as it simply charmed me with its simplicity and ease of development. But most web developers are now looking at big and powerful solutions like Angular.
