What services for developers of web browser games exist?

I am a developer of a multiplayer browser game, and in the process of developing a new functionality of the rating system, I wondered if there were any services that provide such: let’s load game events via the API, the service aggregates, applies calculations, and returns the result to the client upon request?
And what other services for game developers that may be useful do you know? For example, I would not like to develop the player's news feed either :)
