What services exist for building complex routes, including railway and sea routes?

We need a service to generate a map with a route from one city to another (will be used on the website of a transport company).
The problem is that common services like Google Maps can only build ground (car) routes. But no one knows how to build railway and sea routes.
The task is to lay a comprehensive route, which would include, among other things, sections by rail and by sea. And you need the ability to insert this map on the site.

Maybe someone faced with similar tasks or knows about the existence of such services? I would be grateful for a link to the service or its name.

If Google doesn't suit you, then try Project OSRM , once upon a time they tried to use it for a taxi service. I'm not sure that there are sea routes, but test it, there is a demo. If this one does not work, most likely you will not find similar projects in the public domain.
Supports car, bicycle, walk modes; easily customized through profiles.

I think there are still none, I think because there is no base for regular sea flights) unlike railway and AVIA, but not everything is simple there either.
