What service would you recommend for organizing a multilingual video broadcast from the conference?

A small international conference is planned, it is necessary to organize a live video broadcast with several switchable audio channels for simultaneous translations. How many people will watch it remotely (in another European country) is not known in advance, we focus on about 200 people, but flexibility in this matter is highly desirable. Feedback from the audience is not required - you just need to show them live the video with the audio channel of their choice.
Please advise some Internet service for this, if there are any (preferably European - and ping will be better, as far as I understand, and it's easier to pay).

I don't know about translations, but the ping should be normal, since p2p.
