What service will allow you to accept money from credit cards around the world to an individual entrepreneur's account in Russia for online services?

Imagine the situation: you have an IP in Russia and a service that you are developing and which is (possibly) interesting for an international audience. You want to give users of your service the opportunity to buy some services in it, but at the same time there are several important criteria that the payment intermediary must meet:
1. As simple as possible for you. If it requires custom program code, then at a minimum.
2. As simple as possible for users, ideally just paying with a bank card.
3. The number of countries whose cards are supported for payment is as large as possible (your service may be of interest to everyone)
4. User money must be transferred to Russia to your IP account. Ideally, there should be integration with online cash desks according to FZ-54, or at least API, so that you can write such integration yourself.
What service or scheme of work can you recommend?
If interested, here is a list of what we considered, but were not satisfied with:
1. Yandex Cashier and Sberbank . The good thing is that everyone knows how to accept payments in Russia and integrate with online cash desks, but the number of countries from which you can make a payment is very limited and in order to expand it you need to "wait 3 months and perhaps the security service will approve your application", which is somewhat vague and without guarantees.
2.Paypal _- it would seem that everything is fine, money is withdrawn to the IP account in Russia, cards from all over the world are accepted, and moreover, some online cash desks can be integrated with Paypal using a special service (I will not advertise, but it is, google it), etc. However, in reality, everything is not so simple: since 2017, Paypal has not accepted money directly from Paypal cards and outsources it to a subsidiary of Braintree, which does not work with Russian IP (such a paradox).
3. Stripe- does not work with Russian IP. , thereby removing the restriction on the country, using, for example, Stripe to receive payments and then withdraw money to an individual entrepreneur in Russia under a work contract. Everything is fine, but for a startup at the stage of testing the idea, it is expensive. If the story works, it will pay off, if not, it will be a waste of money, you don’t want to take risks.
4. Registration of a company in Singapore/Hong Kong

in Tinkoff Bank of the country, everything was opened almost immediately upon request.
Abroad, 3DS (confirmation of transactions by SMS) is not very common, it worsens the conversion - it is better to turn it off (usually it is allowed after a couple of months of work)
In general, it is difficult to contact banks in the Russian Federation, better connect to integrators - it is easier to conduct a dialogue with them, and they have more opportunities to improve the conversion of payments. Contact payture or cloudpaymemts. For overseas customers, it's better to make payment in USD/EUR/other currency.
Alfabank in the Russian Federation can write off payments in 30+ currencies (those for which there is a rate on the website of the Central Bank) - they are withdrawn to a ruble account with conversion at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation minus 0.5%.
VTB accepts euros and dollars - they directly connect only very large companies, but through integrators you can do it for small businesses
. American express can be accepted through the Russian standard, and VTB seems to have it soon.
I like payture, they can connect all these banks through one of their integrations.
If you have SaaS, then connect https://paddle.com/
Paypal in the Russian Federation, as far as I remember, if you connect to an LLC / IP, it will not be able to accept payments from business clients, only from individuals

There is a spherical scheme.
Sign an intermediary agreement with an aggregator (for example, https://payproglobal.com or Skrill) and let it collect money, and you provide services (Service). And checks and other garbage you will not need nafig. In tax and fin. bank control you will provide a copy of the intermediary agreement with the aggregators and mustache.

You yourself have perfectly understood the issue
, well, except for Singapore - it is still unknown how to open Stripe for you, and not for a Singaporean resident,
look at gamer money acceptors, some kind of paymentwall, well, 2co maybe if the payment is not high-risk

Connect several ways at once.
For example, payment by cards from a Russian aggregator and PayPal.

2. As simple as possible for users, ideally just paying with a bank card.
Paypal is easier in this regard. There is no need to enter anything, besides, the issue of trust is being solved.

There is a nuance with Yandex.Checkout and foreign payments.
They can approve anything for you. But if the German bank does not want to transfer money from the cardholder's account to Russia, there will be no payment, and you won't do a damn thing with it. With the Stick in this sense it is easier.
